Two numbers, then everything else.
- Monitored AI events
- The primary meter. A governed action or a captured span is one event. Traces you choose not to capture do not count.
- Environments
- Development, staging and production are metered separately, so a staging rollout does not consume production allowance.
- Telemetry retention
- How long spans and payloads stay queryable. Audit records are retained independently and are not the same line item.
- Users
- Console seats, including approvers and auditors. Approvers are not charged as engineers.
- Advanced controls
- Redaction rules, retention policy, export and SIEM streaming.
- Private deployment
- The control plane in your own cloud account, priced per deployment.

Product
Lattice is a control plane for production AI. It sits between your AI agents and the systems they act upon, and it gives engineering and security teams one place to see what agents did, define what they are allowed to do, approve the consequential actions and reconstruct any of it afterwards.
It is infrastructure rather than an application: it does not generate the action, it governs it.
